I've been using this for a few weeks and I like it. It lathers well for a sulfate-free shampoo and my hair feels clean without being dried out. My hair looks a bit fuller after washing, especially at the roots. The scent is light and fresh, not too strong.

Love love this shampoo. Smells so good. I can’t say if it is thickening my hair but I say the smell and softness alone is worth the price!

I am 78 years old and my once thick wavy hair is now half the volume. I am lifetime L’Oreal fan, so this shampoo was a no brainer. After one use, the balding spots in the back were practically covered. The accompanying L’Oreal volumizing conditioner is on my list!

This is the only shampoo I know of sold in retail stores that does what it says as far as "thickening" your hair. It somehow makes your hair look like you have more than you do. My hair is thin and this shampoo fluffs my hair enough that it hides some of my less populated scalp areas. I do like it.

This shampoo is wonderful on my hair and has a wonderful light botanical scent, but as many others do, I’m using it together with the conditioner that matches. Here’s the issue.,, They both, especially together, work fantastic… these were recommended by my dermatologist for my thinning ( female pattern) fine blonde hair. My hair hasn’t looked this good in a few years. It doesn’t weigh your hair down or dry it out. It has structure and is healthy looking. It makes it the fullest and fluffiest it can be for fine hair, especially thinning fine hair. Frankly I was amazed at how good! As for helping with fallout, hard to tell at this point because it’s not long enough. My dermatologist said lots of his patients with thinning hair have had good results using both shampoo and conditioner together. If it helps my hair from coming out, I’ll post an update in a few months. Super happy with how my hairs looking with both products used together. Here’s what I DONT like…the shampoo smells wonderful and light, minty/ herby. But the conditioner , which makes sense to use along with this shampoo, smells like cheap men’s cologne and it remains in your hair all day after using. I have no idea why the shampoo would smell botanical, then they make a “matching” conditioner that smells soooo different. I’m very sensitive to perfumes and bothered by cologne scents ( I only usually buy botanical scents) so it’s killing me that the matching conditioner works so well but smells so stinky. I’ll imagine I’ll keep using as long as I can stand it lol, or maybe get used to it hopefully. Really annoying…I write LOreal about it but haven’t heard back yet, just wrote. I saw many other reviews say the same thing about the cologne smell in the matching conditioner, so it’s not just my imagination. I mean why sell a nice smelling shampoo like this, then pair it with an awful, potent smelling conditioner. I don’t want to give up this great product, so I hope they listen to their customers! I’m writ8ng this review @bout both because I think that’s how most people are going to use this product!

Makes my hair feel soft and full. I try many different shampoos. This is one of my favorites.

It really does some magic and improves my hair quality and volume after using it for just twice.

Love the smell of this product and most important i get a thicker feeling in my hair, its my favorite shampoo!

Definitivamente este shampoo es un wow, me encantó lo recomiendo 1000 porcentaje, sobre todo para las mujeres que tengan el cabello como el mio que ha pasado por varios procesos, no de tratamientos sino hormonales, se ha caído, se ha debilitado, ha perdido la fuerza y el brillo y créeme que este producto no es mágico pero ayuda sobremanera, al menos a mi me ayudo y lo voy a comprar nuevamente.

I love this shampoo so much it stop my hair fall, smell good & remove oilon my scalp. I will again.

Just like any other sulphate and paraben shampoos. Doesn’t stand out with so expensive price.
