Of course, two being the recommended dosage. This is .5g less fat than the brand I normally buy. Also, with my normal purchase I would have to take 3 capsules daily instead of two. However, this also does not contain as much lecithin per serving, so, for me, will only serve as a one time purchase. Otherwise, great product, easy to swallow, no after taste that I have noticed, or odor. If I hadn't already been using the other brand, I would definitely look for a larger size in this Source Naturals, especially because of the lower fat content!
