The perfect size! It's not too little and not too small. There are enough Wells to mix multiple shades of a three color palette during watercolor projects.There were no flaws in the product and the ceramic was evenly coated. I purchased something similar for a fellow artist who had been using the lids of plastic bowls, and she loved how secure they are on a table. They do not move like the lids did.Great value for the money and highly functional. If working on multiple paintings at the same time, they stack very nicely. Have not used them for anything but watercolors so far. I think they would be really helpful for gouache paint, as you can reconstitute this type of paint, as with watercolors. Storing the leftover paint and being able to stack is ideal for my needs.

Love this ceramic palette. It’s a very nice size and shape…big enough to mix many colors but small enough to set nicely on my desk without taking up too much room. I included a photo of another ceramic palette that I also like, but it takes up almost as much room on my desk as the rectangle one, so will probably use the rectangle one the most.

Very nice quality and always make me feel very fancy when using it versus my plastic ones. Overall exactly what I wanted

This was the best purchase!!! As a new watercolor painter I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t spread out my paint on the plastic palettes I had. It kept beading up. Did a little research and heard about ceramic palettes. No more beading!!! I am so happy with this.
