These are good LED headlights for home, emergencies, or even electronic repair. The one thing I will say about these is that this is not a directional led light but it provides a good amount of light. These devices are very light compared to other headlights considering it is just an LED strip light. These are pretty nice headlights considering they are just LED strips. They do get warm on my forehead because of that but it provides a good amount of light. The plastic cover over the led strip is flexible but easy to scratch. The bands are elastic and can be removed if you need to wash it. I would recommend hand wash to keep the color from fading. It does come with a nice carrying case to carry both which is a plus for me. This makes it easier to store all the accessories and headlight as well as protect them from damage. The bands are pretty nice and it will fit most head sizes. It is elastic so you can stretch it as needed. I did not see much in terms of tighter adjustment. It is battery powered and the battery pack is on the back of the head and there is a wire running on the left side to the headlight so be careful not to get that wire caught on anything. The cord can be stretched and is thick in material so you should not worry about it getting frayed. Short of cutting it, it should not break. It is attached to the band via plastic slips in certain locations but that doesn't effect the way it adjusts. There is enough slack for adjustment. There is a micro USB cable for charging so you can replace it as needed. The power switch is also on the back of the headband lights. There are three different light settings where you can have the brightest setting, lower brightness, and flashing light. There is also a red light in the back so you can be safer working in the dark. They can see where you are as needed. The light itself in dark locations is great. Because it is not directional, you do not have to make any adjustment. It pretty much lights up everything in front of you. I actually think it looks like cyclops visor if you put it over your eyes. These headsets are great for things like car repair or model kits. It provides a pretty good amount of light. I do not really see any con for this headset other than a little warmth on your forehead. The cable is very strong and this headset is very easy to adjust. Overall lighting do not take long to charge it. It is great for repairs and night walks/jogs. I think this is a great product and I would definitely suggest it for anyone wants something lighter than your traditional LED headlights. It also comes with two so you can keep one at home and one in the car. The orange band is nice as well to be spotted at night. This product all provide great lighting. The only thing I will say is that this is not adjustable in direction. The cables at least do not get in the way of each other, but I am very happy the brightness. It does get warm and you may sweat into the band. It is something that you can clean as needed.

As a safety light, there is no match. You can't be missed as the lights are pretty bright. For jogging at dawn/dusk/night, it's good except you have to keep your head down. I don't run this way so it's just fair for me. The light in the front is bright but not intense nor does it go out very far. For jogging, I like to see debris and the road at least 7-10 feet in front of me. It's not focused enough for me. Might be great for walking though since you have time to side step obstacles and/or debris. For bicycling, it's a no go for me. Again, I need a precision, focused, far distance light when riding in the dark or twilight. The light isn't bright enough while sitting on a 26 inch bicycle nor does it project far enough out to keep me from hitting obstacles or seeing what is ahead on the road. I wear it for the safety factor (blinking lights) and use two super bright headlights while riding. Overall it's a very good product. Charges quickly and is of quality material. I wish the front light was more focused since I mainly bought it for bicycling and jogging. I would buy it again. I gave one as a gift to someone who walks their dog in the early morning and at dusk and they are happy with it.

My only complaint is that it is definitely not 1500 lumens in high mode.

I like how lightweight these are. I've had some that were heavier and had to have a strap across the top of the head to prevent it from dropping to low, these don't. I haven't really had the opportunity to use them in a real world setting, but walking into the dark garage and being able to easily see my toolbox was really neat. I will most definitely be using these working on my cars, it'll be so much easier and I'm glad it was a dual pack, I'll always have one charged. The only draw back for these, not a deal breaker for me, is that they use the micro USB plug and not the newer USB-C.

On at least one of the two units I received (I did not test the other one), the charging indicator lights would not turn off, despite cycling through the modes multple times. Eventually, this led to the unit running out of battery before I could even use it, which basically made it useless. Just beware, for $10 each with a 2-pack, you get what you get, it seems.

The intensity is the best that I’ve seen so far. I have to use headlamps almost every day that I work. The older style of headlamp with a focused beam can get frustrating have to turn your head to direct the beam to what you need to see. This strip technology is much better for general work because it lights up a wide area around you. The other thing about this unit is the battery life – I get almost 6 hours of continuous use with a fully charged battery. I haven’t gotten that from any of other ones I’ve used unless it had an aux battery pack or weighed a lot from the battery. This unit is not heavy and is comfortable to wear.
