Neem has a potent, unmistakable smell. I have mixed the liquid Neem for gardens through the years to combat fungus gnats in my potted plants. Recognizing the benefits of Neem, I chose to try the cream. The smell is tolerable. The mixture solidifies, but I scrape a bit with my fingernail and rub it into my face. The odor is temporary and does not linger. I had keratosis brown/crusty raised spots on the side of my face. I tried castor oil and countless other remedies. I was planning to have a dermatologist freeze them off. When the Neem arrived, I scraped some out and applied it/rubbing in a circle to the keratosis brown spots. To my surprise, after a week of circular scrubbing, the large crusty spot disappeared. The Neem scrubbed the brown crust off a little at a time. The more time I put into a circular motion, the more crust broke off the spot. I am absolutely thrilled. Neem also has anti-parasitic properties. My facial skin looks fantastic. Since using the cream on the spots, I have massaged Neem into my skin. The results are impressive. Remember: the benefits far outweigh the temporary smell. A small amount scraped out turns into liquid immediately. Although the cream is solid, a little patience and acceptance of the potent smell are well worth the excellent benefits. I wasn’t paid for this review; I purchased the Neem myself. The cream saved me a fortune, and I am incredibly grateful.

I’ve never used this type of moisturizer/anti-itch before. I have a chronic health condition which flares up frequently and leaves me a bit dehydrated. The itching is intense and can last for weeks. This product is natural, which is always a good thing. The product in the jar is more or less solid; it’s easy to use if scooped up by something as ordinary as one of larger spoons from my regular flatware. I use this product at least once a day and the annoying itch fades away in just a few days. The moisturizer feels luxurious on my sensitive skin. A little goes a long way, which makes this product an excellent value for the money.

Wanted to write this review for anyone who's dealing with not only the physically awful, but the mentally painful ordeal of scabies. I think it really is helping my skin heal and purge from it - I ordered this product and waited a week for it to arrive, and used it a day before my second permethrin cream treatment - my skin had cleared up significantly after the first round, but as days passed I started to get irritated red patches and bites popping up again (I hear scabies nowadays are resistant to insecticides). This neem butter calmed my skin down a ton the day before my second petmethrin treatment, and I have since used it every day after a morning shower (so far, that's been 6 days) along with some essential oils (tea tree and clove) for some added mite-killing power bc I'm not messing around. I have noticed that huge patches of red irritated skin and wounds from scratching have nearly completely healed up already with this butter and I am mega impressed. I woke up this morning and looked at my skin and felt like ok we are on a really good track here! You just have to be diligent w/application. I would recommend adding an essential oil to this butter speed up the mite-killing process, but the butter itself has majorly healed many of my scabies rashes/bites. The cons of this butter are it's very greasy, and does not absorb that fast into the skin, however I *have* been slathering it on so it could be user error. And the neem leaves in the butter are way too coarsely ground and can actually feel like mites when they move around on your skin. Perhaps this was for an exfoliating effect but I end up getting little neem-leaf clusters in the ridges all around my body. But this doesn't bother me too much right now because I'm working from home and this stuff is defintely helping my scabies. Also I joke that I have the nose of a bloodhound and the smell of this butter does not bother me, especially after adding a drop of essential oil to it. Good luck to you!

Great for dry skin, itchy skin, flaking, and irritated skin. IT DOES NOT STINK! (unlike other NEEM seed oil products! Also, unlike a balm, salve, ointment, or most skin lotions and creams, this Neem Butter won't feel greasy or oily on your skin! It simply melts in, and sets. NEEM (seed) oil heals much quicker than anything else I can think of. It has multiple uses. And this product isn't outrageously expensive, either. Have some on hand. You'll be glad you did! I LOVE it!

03/2021- I’m about to have a year that I have purchased this Neem Butter, and let me tell you that I get SEVERE eczema on my skin and suffer sooooo much because of that. And I had forgotten that I still had some neem butter, and since I forgot I was either depending on steriod ointment or when I didn’t have steroid ointment, I would just suffer. Greatfully, I spotted my neem butter and was like “YES” now I can use this, because when I purchased it last year, it reverted the severe eczema I get on my hands. And so this month, that’s exactly what happened. ITS CRAZY HOW NEEM BUTTER CAN REVERT THE ECZEMA ON MY HANDS, & THE STEROID OINTMENT THE DERMATOLOGIST PRESCRIBE ME, CANNOT. IM JUST SO STUNNED AND PERPLEXED THAT I DECIDED TO GIVE THIS BUTTER A TRY, AND IT WAS INTENTIONALLY GOING TO BE USED ON MY HAIR BUT I GAVE IT A TRY ON MY SKIN, & IT HAS JUST BEEN SOOOOO GREAT! THANK YOU ZATURAL COMPANY! I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE COMMENT OF THE VIDEO WHERE CUATOMER TESTIFIES THE SAME EXPERIENCE I HAD! ITS SO AMAZING TO HEAR THAT I CAN ALSO SHARE THE SAME TESTIMONY✊🏽 04/2020- You have to really work in the butter to make sure it’s well distributed and penetrating. My lips were really dry and somewhat flaky. I placed a little bit of the the neem butter on my lips a few times, and after like 2-3 minutes I felt my lips softening. The main reason I bought this butter is for my hair and hands. My hands always are dry b/c of the eczema. So hopefully it can relief some of the dryness and cracking. I wish it was bigger, it looks much bigger in the picture advertized, and it made me think that 8oz was bigger than what I thought, but it’s somewhat small.

Coontai er was cracked upon receipt, sees like good product though. Would like to try again. Was to busy to return. Leaks on a plate in my cabinet.... keep it around to remind myself to try to buy it again; maybe I'll get a whole one!

Neem should have a certain strong smell and this definitely has it. It heals and softens skin beautifully. Great product with all good ingredients! I've bought this several times over the past few years and only once was it too hard to use and not soft, which I returned & replaced. People complain of the strong smell, but beware of neem oils that have no scent -- they're not authentic.

This is truly a step above the cremes you have been using as alternative therapies. I have a really stubborn rash, leftover from some medical treatments I had, and only steroids and steroid creme would get rid of it. Then it would come back a week later. It's been going on for months now. Enter Therapeutic NEEM... it is hard in the jar (if your house is now getting cool for Fall you need to really pick it out of the jar.) I use a little spoon to scoop it up and put in the palm of my hand. Then close both palms and let this melt in my hands. Then apply to my rash-covered body, shoulder to feet. And did it help!!!!!! The first night the itching stopped. The second night the red, angry bumps calmed down. By the 4th night much of the rash had gone, and I think it was about a week that My skin cleared up. Of course, the rash came back. But it's not the fault of this product, my rash is one for the medical books! But heck, this is much much better than using another tube of steroid creme and the accompanying bad side effects. Back to the Neem when the rash comes back, and back to ordering another jar. Much cheaper than the steroid creme (steroid around $80; Neem $16). And wow does it ever take care of my facial lines! I couldn't believe it, my skin is so much prettier! I'll probably have the rash for a few months, each time it comes back it is a little less than before. The Neem will keep things moving along and I think the rash will accept defeat down the line. Oh yes, add a few drops of essential oil for a nice scent if you want :-) My hat is off to the people who make this creme.
