I searched through many burners before settling on this one and I can honestly say I am not disappointed. The cost was a little more than the average burner, but definitely worth it. For example, with some of my past burners, when using it to deep fry, the temperature would drop after adding the food and would take forever to return to temp. Since this one has a higher btu output, I can get it back to temp quickly and avoid over cooking. Food has come out great everytime. Easy set up and cleaning. Built very sturdy with a durable cover for storing. I highly recommend this product.

Love the output of the burner, I cook a lot with my sous vide and I use this outside to put a sear on the meat or chicken and this works perfectly. I have used this with both a cast iron pan and a large iron griddle and the power of the burner can get my 24" griddle smoking hot in a few minutes. The fit and finish are good.

This thing makes the burners that come with the average turkey fryer look like a kids toy. It's built like a tank and gets so hot that you cannot hold your hand 6 feet over the top of it. It'll hold a 300lbs still with no problems.

I had a 5 psi 50K btu burner previously. It was hard to maintain + 300deg F temps especially with oil and on colder days.I just used this new burner last week on a 30deg F day and it got my oil up to 350deg F in about 15 minutes. It was great for frying my Turkey.I’d recommend to anyone wanting a high output burner. Frame is study and comes with a cover which I didn’t expect.

Best one I have ever owned. Flame is very controllable and the larger burner is great. Used it first for a chilli cook off ( I won ) very sturdy.

I bought this to replace a Mickey Mouse turkey fryer burner. No comparison and quality and function. This burner is awesome where do you want to simmer or he quickly you won’t be disappointed.

I got this just before Thinksgiving 2021. The reviews were good and the price was reasonable. Tried it out on a 14 lbs bird and was able to maintain 350° to 360° the whole cooking period. Cant wait to go camping and try it out.
