You can set the guest wifi to have VPN. Whatever you want to have VPN, connect by guest network. If you want an Ethernet connection to have VPN set the IP address or MAC. These settings are under VPN - VPN policies. Turn off VPN for all functions, turn on VPN for guest.

I would suggest researching the hubs... I can't remember the specific type but a lot of plug n play hubs that don't require an additional power cord, force the OS to recognize each hub port independently by creating a file tree for them or some hubs will create the file tree within itself ... some hubs , it doesn't matter if the device it attaches to supports this function or not. This capability I mention depends on how they wire each USB port inside the hub. These are usually the most basic hubs made. They're usually not advertised as doing this but people usually mention it in the reviews. They may be listed as something other than Hub, like a splitter, extender, additional ports, or pass-through

it currently runs a 15.05 openwrt qsdk-based firmware 3.2xx, however, a beta is out for a 4.x firmware that incorporates the userland of 21.02 and should be compatible with its packages (except kernel packages).
