Amazon Basics Single-Door & Double-Door Folding Metal Dog or Pet Crate Kennel with Tray, 22 x 13 x 16 Inches

I had some trouble assembling this crate and required lot of force to put one of the sides over a metal hook.I do not think I would ever dare to take it apart and fold it as it was difficult to assemble.Other than that, it's been a very good item for 6lb maltese. The plastic tray can be locked in or can be easily slide out with a metal hook and I've cleaned it many times when my puppy used to poop and pee a lot on it. It cleans with ease, doesn't retain smell, and very durable.The closure mechanism is very easy to use and puppy will not be able to force it open. However, it does move around even when it's closed. My puppy likes to lick on that door handle and when it's licked it moves up and down and clang against the crate.

I really love this crate. The quality and ease of use is outstanding. It has a divider so that as your pet gets larger you can easily give him more room. The latch keeps your pet safe with no chance of accidentally locking them in. I also can’t imagine how any dog would be able to open the latch and get out on its own. Just a note- when I got it my pup was 2-1/2 lbs, now he’s 12 lbs and not growing anymore, but I wouldn’t put a larger dog in this crate. It’s tall enough but I don’t think it would be comfy for an all nighter for a larger pet.

It was extremely easy and quick to set up, so I was pleased about that. Seems safe and secure for my puppy.The only problem is that the carrying handle (Part B) broke as I attempted to snap it on. I'm hoping the company will send me a new handle, but don't know how to reach them. There's no phone number that comes with the instruction manual. Only, encouragement to write a review.

The product is dangerous. There are many blunt, jagged, metal edges on the door of this crate. My dog severely scratched her nose on them. It is basically unusable now. Very poor quality control.

This item nearly killed my ferret due to the gap between the bars. The gaps are so large for small pets that my little baby was able to squish his head and most of his body through the gap. I nearly had a heart attack when I noticed this happening while we were on a 7 hour trip during Thanksgiving weekend! This is a hazard to all small animals and is dangerous and poorly made. Everyone should take note, and this company should alert its customers that it is NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL PETS.Also, it had scratches and rust throughout the cage. It was hard to assemble. I ended up going to my local pet store on Black Friday and getting a much sturdier carrier for my baby. I needed one for our ride back home as I was NOT going to have my baby in a dangerous cage, which this one is.

I actually bought this to use as a way to trap a feral cat without frightening her with a usual live trap. My hope is to "lure" her inside to eat a few times and then (hopefully) be able to shut the door behind her and get her to the vet to be spayed.For the price, I was surprised at how sturdy it is! It came folded and wasn't too hard to figure out how to "unfold/assemble" it. Takes a little pressure, but the hooks "snap" closed and it feels secure.

So heavy duty for such a small price! Fits my 18 inch doxie perfectly. He can stand up, lay down and turn around, but it isn't large enough for him to use the bathroom in. Perfect for what we needed!I'm not sure why it came as signature only via UPS, but it was supposed to be shipped on Friday. Came Friday and I was at work, so UPS left a note saying they would try the next business day. Normal business weeks start on Monday, so I signed the slip and prepared to put it on my door for Monday. Came home on Saturday and there was ANOTHER "sorry we missed you" sticker. Not the worst thing on earth, but a little annoying since I actually needed it for Saturday night. I'm still not sure why I had to sign for a $13 purchase...

We have the 30' cage at our house which leans a little large for our dog so when we wanted another cage to keep at the in-laws for when we visit, we ordered a 22'. MISTAKE. This thing is so small my dog can barely turn around. For some reason with the 22' they made it longer and thinner where as the 30' is in even proportion. We used it once but he couldn't even get comfortable so I don't see us using it ever again unless we have to.

Bought this for our 2 1/2 pound poodle puppy. Great size and allows him room to move just enough and stand up. He will only be about 12 pounds when grown so might still work for him then.

This product is very cheap and was bent upon arrival. It is very difficult to open and close the door and I am very disappointed. The crate doesn’t line up in certain spots and I will be getting rid of it as soon as my puppy is trained and I will be switching over to a kennel. You get what you pay for, do not recommended and wish I bought a more expensive create that was better quality.
