Good idea, but this is so tiny you can barely breath enough oxygen thru it. Also, mine fell off the table and the bottom came off and about 1/3 of the salt came out. I would recommend a bigger one than this. I guess if you really needed one to carry around with you?? For the price get a bigger one.

I agree with the other reviews. I noticed a difference right away. A long time smoker (I have since quit), asthmatic, COPD, I read the other reviews carefully. I could tell this was working. I wish I knew about this long ago. These are very convenient for purse, or pocket.

This is an amazing product. I have used it with my allergies and it has helped greatly. I would highly recommend that you consider using the salt inhaler to aid in any nasal or upper respiratory issues you may have. The Himalayan Salt has many benefits so am very grateful to have these types of products available.

I really don't know what to say about this but between this and essential oils, we (me and a couple family members) are using less prescription medication (rescue inhaler) although we use our other breathing meds. Not sure if this is truly helping or if it's a combination of the two! I have bad sinuses and the bad days are less!

This is such a handy size to keep in my purse. There are times I need some relief when I’m away from home and its discreet size is perfect for on the go treatment.

...there is no scent, I feel nothing as I breathe it in. And I didn't feel any different, breathing wise.
