Can these be cut to size? For children's shoes

They work the same way as stick on heat patches that you would put on your back so don't cut them down. They are quite small anyway. I am a UK size 8. They measure 20cm in length(toe to heel) and at the widest (ball of feet) they are 7.5cm wide. May fit into a child's shoe. Just a word of caution though they do get very hot even on outside of sock and I have sometimes had to take my foot out of shoe.
