Easy To Use
These are used with my cat's water fountain. They work well and I have purchased these quite a few times without any problems. Happy cat!

When buying the filter kits only 2 of these foam covers come with them and I always wanted more because it’s these foam pieces that capture all the hair and junk before getting to the filter and pump. Now I can change the foam as often as I want!!! I usually change out now every month or 2 instead of trying to make them last 4 months. I know others have mentioned the packaging. Yes, they are crammed into a small box and I think more care could be taken to fold them better, but once you open them up and they get wet, they work just fine. They are the perfect fit for my cupcake fountains.

Packaging is a mess, but right item!
All the filters are stuffed into a small box. Nice for environment. Bad for patience. Thanks anyway!

Condition they're shipped in
The filters were packaged all squished together and mangled. They come nice and neat if you buy a bunch of the charcoal filters with them. But then you get lots of charcoal filters and only a few sponge filters.

So happy to find these!
I did not know these were available for my cupcake water fountain for my fur babies. Now they can be replaced when needed! They do last a long time, but eventually you do want to replace.

FILTERS CAME MANGLED IN BOX
The media could not be loaded. When I opened the package of these filters I was annoyed to find them tangled and stuffed into a tiny box. They’re warped and have a strong unpleasant smell. These are 100% going back.

These are terrible. I couldn't even have used them if I wanted to because they were stuffed into a small box which flattened and smashed them so tightly where they would not go back to normal shape. I will never order from this company again.

I can't use these
They arrived packaged this way. If they can be mangled liked this, probably not good as a filter. I can't imagine how clean the hands were that packed them. Now landfill. I will not buy again.
