How big are these in inches? Not sure whether 45mm means the small kind or the big kind.

They’re larger around then an average hair tie. They’re thick in width also. I have really long thick hair so it only wraps around my pony twice but it’s nice for buns, it really keeps them in place. They do stretch out after continued use but I toss mine in the washer and they go back to normal size. I love them. I’ll never got back to regular hair ties.

I’m a pretty active guy so I’d be leaving these on my wrist until I get to practice or the gym. So how well do these do for everyday wear and tear?

They do very well with every day wear. I have very long hair and live in the south so I also wear daily on my wrist.

Comments say good for fine hair but what about super super fine hair? Use a clear tie now that is 20mm but pulls hair out. Concerned these are too big
