It's light and simple to assemble, but simplicity doesn't mean easy. The connectors are plastic and flexible and bend out of shape easily. This doesn't feel sturdy or like it would hold up much. But i didn't wait to find out and returned it. My infant child could push it lift it without issue. Not something I'd want to store items on.

When I got it, it was a super light box. I doubt whether it can hold books? The instructions are too simple. It took me a long time to complete the installation. But after that, I think it's still worth it. 1. The price of 12 tubes bookshelves is very cheap compared with others. They are all metal pipes, which is very important ; 2. It can do its job and can hold a lot of books. 3. The bookshelf is very light and can be moved and adjusted at will. I live in an apartment. I don't want too heavy bookshelves, but I also want to put a lot of books.It fits me. Important tip: The pipes must be completely inserted into the connectors, which is very important.

There are three main problems:1) there aren’t enough pieces2) the shelves are crooked because the holes are off center3) it’s not at all sturdy - one of the bottoms broke in half with little effort.Super disappointed

They have made the issues I was having right, and as far as my concerns for the weight it has held up just fine.

It woouldnt stay connected. i gave up and ended up buying a different shelf storage

The sides & top/bottom are a plastic fabric material & will not hold heavy books. I put yarn & small craft supplies on it. Does a great job! Super simple to put together. Does what I needed.

Took hours and hours to put together. The instructions were not clear. Big sign when you open the box. Made in China. All I need to know.

It was a little hard to assemble but it does serve it's purpose...I use it for sweater and pant storage
