Great for geology nerds!
Attached this lens to a fabric landyard so I can wear at the ready in the field, during geology field studies. It's super solid and feels like it's well made--more so than any other hand lens I've had. The rubber shock on the lens is great, as I am no delicate flower and I often forget it's around my neck, as I scramble and thrash about (I'm a feral lady--what?!). I keep it in my purse at all times and it has a handy little storage bag. Overall I'd say it's excellent quality for the price and would recommend to any geology nerd!

Exceptionally good edge to edge clarity.
I am a jeweler and goldsmith so I've used a lot of different triplets and this one is exceptional even compared to far more expensive triplets that I have used. It has the best edge to edge clarity that I have ever seen with a bright clear image. I'm happy I ordered two because of the price and I've ordered 3 more because I'm always misplacing and losing my triplets. I am happy 😊.

A nice pocket loupe, great price
Overall, this is a rather nice loupe, and I thought it was a very good price. I like that it's small, so it's truly good for a pocket size (as opposed to some that have cases that are a bit too large to truly to carry in a pocket.) This loupe has a black surround and the triplet lense is quite distortion-free. The lens is just a bit smaller than some other more expensive models (a few mm), but the magnification is still excellent. ~ Laura C.
