I recently bought a new home which has 5 acres of weeds! A battery sprayer for weed killer seemed the answer. This works very well. Battery lasts for ages. A bit heavy when full but I am a 5’3” female and not exactly hench!

Had this sprayer for years still going strong

Brilliant piece of kit, battery has a decent life, great quality, uses full tank with a pump directly, I mentioned this because I bought a scotts battery sprayer from America, the battery on that one only built pressure so could only fill to 60%, just pressurises like a manual pump , broke after 5 minutes, sent it back, I’m glad because this one is far better using and quality.

It is a perfect garden sprayer . Not too big or too heavy but large enough to do most spray jobs I have. I like the shoulder strap. The device is well presented and looks to be good quality .

So far, I have only tested this sprayer using water but it worked very well right away. The whole system appears to be very well made and it should last very well. What I particularly like about it is the excellent detailed set of instructions on preserving battery life which I plan to follow very carefully. I purchased the sprayer as I was finding that having to carry and manually pump my backpack sprayer was an increasing problem for me. This system is light enough for me to carry even when full. The only drawback compared with the backpack will be having to refill more frequently. The spray obtained is very even and this will help me to ensure good coverage when I am applying selective weed killer to the lawn.
