Feeling like Skinny Blend is going to be the only one I will be ordering going forward, good-bye Isagenix and 310 shakes. Skinny Blend shakes taste good (not great), fill me up and give me a burst of energy. When I'm hungry, I can eat (and eat and eat!!!) and never feel satisfied. I get cravings (crazy-intense cravings!!!) and these shakes are really helping me eat less and feel better. Shake one up with 6oz of water, twice a day and my cravings are about gone. FYI, when you buy Skinny Blend, you don't get a shaker cup. (Not a problem for me as I have at least 6 shaker cups from my Isagenix and 310 purchases). I haven't weighed myself--holding off of the scale as I know I have gained weight during the five months I was on Isagenix. So here's just my personal experience, sharing for anyone else who is struggling with all these diet/nutrition products on the market. I've used Isagenix, 310 and have purchased multiple canisters from Target and GNC (can't even remember the names of the ones I didn't order on line, thrown out shortly there after, tons of wasted money!!!). 310 shakes: disliked the taste, chalky and hard to get down (others mixed their 310 with fruits, milk products, even peanut butter, not me. If I'm ordering something I keep it simple, don't like the added calories or sugars - mix and drink, end of story) 310 did also not give me any burst of energy and did not fill me up. After drinking one, I was searching for something to eat within the hour....mostly to kill the aftertaste. Spent over $250 on the 310 shakes, have the bags sitting in the back of my cabinets now. Isagenix: LOVED the taste, so much so that I think I was addicted to them. They gave me a great burst of energy and honestly thought I was going to be on Isagenix for life. I don't even want to calculate the enormous amount of money I spent on Isagenix products only to have gained weight. Problem with Isagenix? I was starving (yes, STARVING) a couple of hours after eating them. The problem? The added sugar! 11grams of sugar with each shake. That may not sound like a crazy amount but when you look at the two very small scoops you're adding to water? It's mostly sugar and, for a sugar addict like me, that is an insane amount of sugar. 25 years ago I lost 60lbs and have managed to keep it off through exercise and diet. The only "magic" formula I used in addition to exercise was keeping my sugar intake as low as possible. I tried Isagenix thinking "well maybe the sugar in their formula won't affect me" NOPE, my weight gain made that clear. So down in the dumps about my 10 pound weight gain, I went searching the internet again for a quick, convenient new diet plan and came across Skinny Blend. Have been using the shakes for about a week and feel very hopeful! Continuing to eat tons of vegetables, lean proteins and my protein bars and feeling good. The feeling good part is vital, perimenopause is a nightmare. When I get brave enough to get on the scale, I will repost on my weight loss. I'm 5'8" and currently up to about 155lbs...my normal weight is 145lbs and my goal is 135lbs. Just placed my second order to make sure I don't run low. Fingers crossed Skinny Blend actually makes me skinny!!!

I decided to give it a try and I am so happy I did it. finally I've lost 15lbs in 1mnth. I decided to try the 28 day diet challenge that comes with the shake the skinny cleanse and the skinny burn and it all works great. I did had a question on regards to the skinny cleanse capsules and contacted them and the gave me all the information I needed but not only that I wanted to try something like this for my husband and the informed me about the lean 180 burn and yes I will definitely get it for him and will update my info on regards to his diet. every morning I drink my tea and I feel great and the shake lets you get moving with energy and my skinny burn does the rest.

I was recently diagnosed with insulin resistance, which was a big shock because I am generally a healthy person. I am 5'8" and 135 lbs, I work out a couple times a week, take my vitamins and so on. Apparently its a hormone imbalance, but anywhooooo my doctor told me that I needed to start balancing by diet. There are times I will eat a lot of protein, other times I would eat a lot of carbs, other times it would be a sugary meal. Either way it was always for the convenience. I work full time and attend school full time after work, so time to sit and prepare a meal is few and far between. I looked at the ingredients in this mix and asked my doctor if this would be okay as a substitute for a meal instead of me grabbing something that does not go with an insulin resistant diet and he approved it. I have been drinking it for a couple days now. I make 16 ounces of it in the morning and I will drink about half of it if I do not eat breakfast and then save the rest for later in the day, if I do not have time for a healthy meal. It fills me up and leaves me energized! I love the taste! I got the chocolate flavor, I usually mix it with skim milk in a blender bottle. I just started making fruit smoothies for myself and plan on putting this powder in it the next I make one. Not to mention, when purchasing this I used standard shipping, which was going to take at least a week. But the representative Steve wrote a note saying that he expedited my shipping as a courtesy. A hand written note. Very, very impressed with the customer service. As long as my blood sugar is stable on my next test I will definitely continue to order this. Thank you Steve!
