Missing parts
The teapot is lovely, but it arrived without the metal ball. So the tea doesn't have time for residence

got the all glass one. the little metal strainer has legs that need to be pulled apart so it snaps into the glass base, it shouldn't come out if you shake it. that being said this thing is dangerous. all I do lately is brew glass after glass after glass after glass of loose oolong tea and ***post on tiktok. entire days go by this way. just have a big kettle full of boiling water on hand. those complaining about the size, this is for gongfu tea which uses 3-4oz (80-100ml) of hot water and 10-30 second steeps. but i'm also just filled the whole thing with water and dropped teabags in it.
