I’ve tried many calcium supplements, these are the only ones I feel work, no more night cramps

I've been using this product for years! It is the only kind of calcium pills I am able to use. My body is very sensitive to magnesium (it gives me headaches). I've tried several name brands and have not found any calcium pills except "Photo-Therapy Liquid Calcium" that will not give me a headache. Maybe because they are "liquid" pills and the magnesium in this form is easier for my body to absorb. (???)

ToxicityBecause the U.S. Food and Drug Administration does not regulate dietary supplements, like vitamins and calcium supplements, some calcium carbonate brands may contain toxic metals, such as lead. Check the label on your supplement bottle for the words "purified" or "USP Verified Mark," which both indicate that the calcium has been tested. (It did not say that so don't feel comfortable about taking them.. Do your own research is my thought.)

I cannot take regular calcium supplements, as they upset my stomach. I was very pleased to find this. At last, I can take the calcium I need. Very pleased ideed.

Great way to get calcium and magnesium into your diet. Since I've been taking this supplement, no more leg cramps ("charlie-horses") at night -- or in the morning.

and you have to take 3 of them! And this is not a liquid should you fail to read that they are softgels. I feel that by putting the word "Liquid " on the label is false advertising when they are actually, pills.So I just lost $13 because I can't return them.

Have been using this for a very long time, love it!
