Do the math 27kw per hour per kw cost, so if your kw cost is 17 cents it will cost you around $4.56 per hour to operate de 27 model.

Do you attach it to the pool pump lines?

Yes, you have to put it on the out- line from your pump. This will only turn on with water circulating. That's the easier part of the install. The hard part is the power it needs and having access to that outside.

I have a 2600 gals pool in Arizona, what product will be better for me? the 18 or 27kw unit?

Hello Ramon. The Smart POOL 18 will be big enough. It is designed for pools up to 11,000 gallons. Please note that this heater requires TWO 50 amp double pole breakers. Lo compre y todo bien , lo instaló mi técnico y funcionó bie , con uso de 1 fin de semana por mes, a los 8 meses ya no prende , le presionar lamperilla y enciende y se apaga no calienta. No hay soporte y la empresa no contesta estoy desepcionado y no hay reparación en México y nadie contesta si alguien sabe dónde repararlo porfavor informenme.

Le doy 3 estrellas porque cumple con lo indicado de calentar 50 mil lts de agua pero no tiene soporte técnico. Resulta que el agua la calienta durante el día pero en la noche no, por eso requería el soporte y no hay ni teléfono ni correo ni nada. Lo compré para salir del apuro
