This is just as good as the foot ice packs from this same company. It doesn't wrap all the way around but it is enough for the entire leg. Soft interior makes it comfortable to wear and stays cold enough for recommended 20 minutes of icing. Any more than that and it is not good for your body. Great product

Absolutely excellent for leg pain. Velcro has lasted quite some time with no fraying. Take it out of the freezer about 5 minutes before you want to put it on. Then mold to your leg and attach velcro straps.

Okay first you should know that I'm only 5 ft 4 in tall so these are plenty big on me. I had some extra straps at home and so I put extra straps around them. I have chronic Venus insufficiency and in the middle of vein treatment which leaves my legs swollen and painful. I can only walk for a couple hours at a time. I put these in the freezer for about 5 hours and they were frozen but they are still soft. I don't know if I did it right but I put the fabric part on the outside and the not fabric part on the inside because that was the colder part and I think I did that right. They feel amazing so much relief finally. No more moving small gel pack from spot to spot. I could even walk around in these but right now I'm resting I took a quick picture. If you look closely you can see that these are my legs because there are feet at the end of them that's how I know they are my legs haha. Anyway I really do think this will be just fine for anybody. If you are about 5 ft 4 or under they will come up to your mid thigh. I'm so glad I have these. When I wake in the night and I hurt I can just wrap one of these around me from the freezer and go back to sleep thank goodness. A person can only take so much pain medication you know. I hope this was helpful. The quality is Top Notch the straps are velcro and they stick to themselves they don't stick to the gel packs by the way but that's just fine. This is one of the best purchases I ever made. You only get one please note but I did purchase too which is why you see me with two of them on my elevated legs. I hope this has been helpful. They do take up a significant amount of space in the freezer but they fold flat so think of it as like putting Kleenex boxes together and that's about the amount of space they take up in the freezer. I hope you get these and I hope you get relief because you deserve it everyone deserves relief.

I have horrible restless legs, to the point I stay up punching them, massaging them, putting heat and cold on them, all night. Everything is usually temporary for like 5- 10 minutes max. I get a tingling sensation, needle sensation and restless to the point I have to keep moving them. I purchased two of these today ( because it's not my legs but just one) and they really do work!! I am blown away. The restlessness sensation started I ran down to get them out of the freezer, put them on immediately and the sensation went away. It's been over an hour and they are still nice and cold and I have none of the feelings or sensations I just mentioned. The only thing I've ever tired that works. 10000000000% worth it!
