I love it, look so kool

This is my second set on my second helmet and I couldn’t be happier. The rechargeable battery pack is easy to remove and charge as well as smaller than the regular battery pack. The adhesive on the strips will not hold up to a lot of heat but otherwise is pretty solid. If you keep it out of heat, you should get about two years out of the strip adhesive before it starts to let loose.

Tbh, I was really skeptical when ordering this product after looking at the rest of the reviews. One of my main concerns about this product is the adhesive quality. It does not seem like it would stick for a long time, but I bought double sided heavy duty tape for it to stay on. Another concern I have is if the box that the battery holds is waterproof or not. I don’t plan on riding out on the rain much, but for when I do I would probably also want to cover some parts with waterproof tape. As for the bulky wire look, that I’ve seen other reviews on, I was able to put the battery in the side of the helmet and use double sided tape and a zip tie to keep the wires together and attached to the helmet so it won’t move around in the wind. And I still have the right side of the helmet open to install a cardo. But it came out out looking pretty cool:)) If the quality of the product changes over time after riding, I’ll update this review

If I could offer zero stars I would, color stated purple but when turned on its definitely blue, and even when turned on it lasts 30 seconds and turns off even after an hour charging. The tape barely holds to a well prepped helmet surface ((alcohol wiped surface and air dried)) do not waste your money on this product.

Works great only thing is that you a buzzing IF you don’t have your music on. It’s very bright and price size for my helmet.

they stopped working in a certain place at one point and then just stopped working in general.

Not very sticky and the brightness isn’t all that great either. The size seems to be a little big for my helmet as well. I will say that it wasn’t very expensive though so I guess you get what you pay for. It does look pretty cool when it’s super dark outside though.

I've bought a similar item from Ali/Temu before and this is much better. Since it has a rechargeable microusb battery rather than just a box taking AA batteries, it's much more convenient and useable. This would get 5 star if the wrapped ending/connectors had 3M tape as well as the actual strip. As-is, I need to add double sided tape to hold the ends in place otherwise they cause the strip to start peeling off. It's a minor issue but one they could easily resolve.

Didn't stick well to my helmet at all. After inserting batteries it was making high pitched sound when turned on. Wires are too long to give option for installing on helmet. Great idea but needs improvement.

I noticed someone else had this same problem ... These ARE NOT rechargeable. Apparently, some are but I received one that takes 2 double A batteries and you have to clip the power box somewhere on your person. I'm not sure how this is safe if the power box is at the back of your helmet and you have cords hanging off of it. Nope,don't see that as being safe at all. I ordered these as I thought the lights themselves were rechargeable, not the power box ... assuming there is a box that's rechargeable, because mine isn't. If I can't safely make these work, they will be returned.
