Where are the refills? If I'm going to mop everywhere at one time I'll need more than three pads.

You only get three in the package. You can always order extra from the company. I will tell you this mop broke on me two different times I would not recommend it

Contact the seller of this product I am a buyer. I did discover I could buy the Swifter bottle the new product and pour it into the bottle on my mop

Can I use swiffer disposable pads with this?

You can, they Velcro on just like the mop pads that come with the spray mop…I’ve used them, works perfectly.

The bottle with the cleaning solution would pop up after every few sprays. Had to push it back in for it to spray. Is this normal or broken?

It's not normal I don't believe. Mind doesn't do that. My first mop was defective and when I got in touch with the seller and wrote a review about how it was defective, the seller send me another one free of charge.
