Contains glutebln!
Great taste, however, I didn't check begore ordering and once the product arrived I noticed wheat flour to be one of the ingredients. Disappointing as I am gluten intolerant and cannot eat it. All other kimchi I ever bought had rice flour as thickener, so it didn't cross my mind to check.For those who have no issues with gluten, the flavour a very good kimchi in terms of flavour and texture.

Not as good as the ones I bought in Hong Kong
It is not very crunchy as it should be. Unlike the ones I bought in Hong Kong and they are 3 times more expensive than in HK. To be honest, i feel quite disappointed about the kimchi. So don’t buy any Asian food in western countries because normally they are quite different from those in Asia.

Check Seals
Good flavour, if slightly on the sour end. One of my jars didn’t pop when I opened it and it ended up making me quite unwell. The other one was fine. I recommend checking your seals if you purchase this.
