Outstanding Purchase, luxury treat!
Very HAPPY! I researched these types of portable saunas and ordered this reasonably priced FAR infrared type. Pros: high quality appearance - better than expected, more like great looking camping gear; wouldn't mind leaving it up in my guest room. Like the double sided insulated walls - the exterior does not get hot to the touch, which is nice when you have your cell or anything else in the exterior pocket. Good design with the hand zip holes and neck collar, keeps heat in well. Love the fact that the head stays out while getting the benefits of the sauna. Four inside heating panels are large, 26"x11" which cover from about ankle to neck when sitting in there. Also the panels are covered with a mesh type lining. SUPER easy set up, literally one minute. Simply "pop" up into place, no assembly - internal frame is pre-installed. Heats up quickly, could feel the heat within a minute. Relaxing for sure; could lean head back in the slouch type chair and even use a small pillow if wanted. Chair is strong and sturdy, though takes up the majority of the room inside. I draped a towel over the chair seat and arms to catch sweat and avoid wipe down each time. Cons: I'm 5'5 with long legs, and sit very comfortably in there. But a very tall or especially long legged person might be cramped. The front of the 'tent' could be more firmly structure to feel like there's more leg room. Not a big issue. I also checked the EMF with my meter. Recorded 3.5mG inside. Saw a review that stated super high reading, so bought an EMF tester. EF is a lot different than MF; EF will be high as all electrical items emit energy. MF as I understand is the important reading for health. I'll post an update after I become better familiar with the readings. OVERALL, very satisfied and would purchase this again, will likely gift at Christmas.

Solid, functional unit. ChatGPT's selection!
I actually assigned ChatGPT to identify the best dry sauna, and this was its pick. This one can get up to 150 degrees F. It has an automatic timer/shut off, so safe. I can watch TV while in the unit. It is silent. The little hand zip slots are handy for accessing a phone, remote control, and device control - without letting all the hot air out. I do not sweat right away - I assume my sweat evaporates, and fills the air inside the unit, and I sweat once the vapor pressure is too high. The device set up easily. It is solid, with strong zippers and heat-retaining walls. If you lean back too much your back will hit a heating element -not causing a burn, but pretty hot.

Amazed but see edit...
OK so I did a lot of research on these and read a lot of reviews. I know a lot of people are concerned with EMF levels and while this one claims to be low, I honestly didn't test it. After much research I found that our phones and Wifi and electronic devices are emitting these around us nearly all the time, so if you are truly sensitive, then you need to get rid of wifi and your cell phone and bluetooth, etc. Anyway, I decided to go with the bigger one as it had better reviews, and having more room on the inside to be further from the heating elements seemed like a good idea. I'm about 5'9, and I fit quite nicely inside. This larger one is about 100 dollars more, but so far I think it is worth it. The chair provided is quite large and comfy, and made of a canvas that is easy to rinse, though I recommend putting a towel on it anyway to keep it more dry and lower the amount of cleaning time. I also put a towel down on the floor, careful to avoid covering the foot heating pad. The first use I was skeptical because it took nearly 25 minutes to start getting hot, but I emailed the company and they got back to me quickly, stating that this is normal and subsequent usage will heat more quickly. Boy were they right. The second time I used it, it was very hot after 5 to 10 minutes. Once inside I actually had to turn it down a bit! Reading reviews led me to put a towel around my neck and this does keep in the heat that can escape from the neck collar. Some more tips from my own experience: When I was going to the IR sauna at the spa, I used a hot cream, which increases how much I sweat by a LOT. There are some good ones here on Amazon that aren't very expensive (compared to sweet sweat). I use https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01J8RBRSY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 and like it very much. Also if you get a clear trash bag, cut a hole in the top and put it over your head, voila! Homemade, cheap sweat suit. I sweat so much that there was literally a puddle on the floor. Looked like a dumped a water bottle down there! Overall, I definitely recommend this product. Even with sales and deals, I was paying 11 to 15 dollars per session at the spa, plus all the driving time and everything. PLus now that I own it, I can use it multiple times a week. This folds up quickly and easily so you can store it away and I put it together and put it away alone, it isn't heavy at all. I'm excited to see the health and weight loss benefits! :) Just want to make sure ppl understand this is NOT an infared sauna. *EDIT* I took this down to 4 stars because after about a year of use the chair that came with it is completely falling apart and I am afraid to use it, because if it breaks while I am in the sauna, I will get hurt. And when I called the company that sells them for Amazon, FamilyPoolFun, the customer service was HORRIBLE!! The lady on the phone was downright rude. I was trying to explain to her about the chair and she was literally yelling at me about how they only sell them and don't manufacture them so she had nothing to do with how the chair was made. When she finally finished, I asked how I could get a replacement and she told me to submit a request on their website and then hung up on me. I will certainly not be buying anything from them again!

Great portable infrared sauna!
I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this product! I purchased this portable sauna back in October 2017 and wanted to fully experience the product before writing a review. I had been researching portable saunas for about a month last year and purchased this portable sauna (deluxe version) from Radiant Sauna. Let me first commend the company for a amazing and durable product. No matter your living accommodations, this portable sauna is going to work for you. First, when the box was delivered I was slightly intimidated by the size of the box but once you open it up, it is a such a quick set up. Once you're done - you let it dry, wipe it down and can fold it back up for easy storage. This deluxe version is excellent because it has infrared panels on back, left and right side which provides for excellent heat distribution. It comes with a controller that includes settings for heat and a timer. It comes with a sturdy chair and foot pad that also heats up. This products provides amazing detoxification - you're going to sweat like you were in a larger sauna. It gets hot! If you're starting your health journey or already knowledgeable about the extreme benefits of infrared saunas - you're not going to regret this purchase. This has literally been one of my best purchases on Amazon and thankful to those who provided great reviews. With that said, I had to make sure to write my own because of how this product has contributed to my own health. No need to drive somewhere, pay membership fees, etc. - you can get this health benefit right in the privacy of your own home.

Works Great So Far
My portable Sauna was delivered this week (sooner than expected) and after putting it where I wanted it, have used it several times. I let it warm up for about 5-10 min. Set it on 150ยฐ and 30 min, but added to it after about 15 minutes. I don't think it got to 150ยฐ, but it was plenty hot enough for me to sweat a lot, head and all. It helped my neck, back and shoulder pains go away for awhile. I've been going to my Dr's Infrared Sauna for quite awhile now-on my 17th time and up to 45-55 min @ 135ยฐ, sometimes 140ยฐ. 150ยฐ is just a little too hot for me, so even if this one doesn't get there, it's perfect. So, my new portable sauna in comparison to the professional sauna at the Dr's Wellness Office, is pretty much the same experience so far. With the exception of: CONS: 1. not as much room as the wooden ones (nor is it expected to be) 2. not as much privacy, with phone ringing or my dogs barking. lol PROS: 1. I can use it anytime I want or need to. 2. Able to shower immediately after, to wash away those toxins! 3. The cost is about what I've paid for 8 visits to the Prof. Infrared Sauna. (I bought the "Used - Very Good Condition - Item will come in original packaging. Packaging will be damaged" one from Amazon for about $40 less that the price listed here.....didn't see any damage to the package and it did not look used) 4. Doesn't take up too much room and I can take it with me if I go out of town. (driving of course) I'm really glad I made this purchase and got the over sized one. If my opinion changes, I will certainly put in another review.

PERFECT PRODUCT FOR PRICE!
I can't believe this thing exists. Amazing sauna. Ridiculously good price for what you're getting. I'm able to get the experience and cardiovascular benefits of an industrial gym sauna... from my STORAGE ROOM lol. I have lost so much fat and gained so much cardiovascular ability, just using this one to two times a day for a couple weeks. I play basketball and usually have really bad conditioning; after using this, I'm playing like I did a decade ago. It's not a miracle cure, but studies have shown that 30 minutes of sauna can be a substitute for the equivalent in moderate cardiovascular exercise, in both cardiovascular function and calorie burning. If you're like me and have a hard time doing cardio, this helps. Who doesn't like to burn calories while watching TV shows? It's also very meditative for me. Here are some pro tips that have helped me with this excellent product: 1.) I preheat for 15 minutes, but it honestly does most of the heating in 5 minutes. Incredible, efficient tech. Infrared Tech is amazing. Barely uses electricity, too. After preheating, make sure to turn the time back to the desired time, as it only does 30 minutes at a time, Max. Add time, as needed, before it runs out. 2.) I put a towel on the chair (it comes with a nice chair), and another towel on the ground where you put your feet. This prevents excess sweat from getting all over the sauna. 3.) wrap a towel around your neck, THEN zip up the sauna. This will allow it to hit the advertised 150ยฐ, maybe more at times. Also, don't use the arm holes EVER, unless you need to check the time real quick. All those things allow the heat to escape. BE REALISTIC. This thing won't hit 150ยฐ if you're opening it. I've check with a thermometer, and it definitely can hit 150ยฐ if you're doing these things right. 4.) make sure to hydrate before and after and take electrolytes if you use it excessively, like me. Just common sauna knowledge.

CRAVE MY SAUNA TIME!!
I waiting to review my new portable sauna until I had it a while. I've had it for four months now and use it every two to three days. I have a history of Epstein Barr and Lyme Disease. While they are both under control with alternative healing methods and sound frequencies, I still wanted another healthy way to detox. And, since I live in a colder climate the idea of feeling warm was appealing to me as well. So far, I crave my sauna and are able to get in thirty minutes every two or three days at the least. I ramped up doing less heat and less time and slowly built up to 151 degrees and thirty minutes. Doing it slowly is healthier for your body and I had no negative reactions at all. Plus I'm good about drinking fluids before and after. I'm writing this at the time of the Coronavirus breakout and I don't know for sure, but what I've read on the infrared sauna websites, this sauna will heat up enough to kill virus and bacteria and this is a positive thing at this time. One more way to assure your better health. In order to do that, I've read you have to use it at least every three days. So, long story short, I love it. It feels so good to be warm in the cold weather days and the bonus for me is it is helping me fight off infection and detoxify. So worth the purchase price. The only drawback for me is the camping chair is not very supportive or my lumbar which is sore most of the time. So I roll up a big towel and put it at the back of the chair and use good posture for the thirty minutes I'm in there, and it's all good.

Really bad smell of plastic left eyes and throat irritated
I was excited when I ordered this personal sauna bc it looks like it is higher quality compared to others. The tent materials and chair are nicely made. The zipper is higher quality than others I've seen. Thr chair is nice and big. The issue is the smell that this sauna gives off both when in use and not. It was so bad when I used it that it irritated my eyes and throat and made me feel unwell for the rest of the day. If the point of these personal saunas is to detox, it makes no sense that the materials used to make it are actually causing a toxic reaction. I thought maybe it would get better after the first use, but it did not. I saw that some other reviewers also noted the same issue. Unfortunately I have to return this sauna as it makes me feel so unwell when I use it.

LOVING IT!
What a great addition to my health modalities. Gets you sweating in about 20 minutes. Perfect. No more driving/cycling to a sauna place. Easy, peasy. Oh and the foot warmer pad is an extra bonus! They thought of everything.

Set it for 150 Fahrenheit (65. 5 Celsius) for ...
Set it for 150 Fahrenheit (65.5 Celsius) for 30 minutes. Room temperature was 79F(26C). After 10 minutes 95F(35C), after 15 minutes 102F(39C), after 20 minutes 109F(43C), after 25 minutes same 109F(43C), after 30 minutes 115F(46C)............ Another time, I didn't go inside, measured 124F(51C) after 30 minutes. (I covered the head part/opening) On avearge, I was able to attain 115F(46C) ..I used Acu>rite device to measure As for EMF(Electromagnetic Field). My device is TENMARS model TM-190 They say that under 3 milligauss(mg) is safe exposure(?) The meter was put against the panels Right side 50 milligauss (mg) Left side 125-130 mg Back 75-115mg The meter measured about 7mg center(chest area) I took measurements from seat Right side seat 14.5 mg Left side seat 16-17 mg Back side seat 8.4 mg For comparison, my microwave oven read 150mg (meter pressed against). It read about 4mg, 10 feet away As for off gassing, there is a smell..Whether its toxic or not, I don't know.... I will still use this sauna.... Remember, remove(shower) makeup/ deodorant before using sauna Will update in future (todays date May 29, 2017) and answer questions >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Updating my previous post from May 29, 2017 Todays date is Feb 1, 2018 It does make you sweat, 100%...I've been using it.. My concerns have always been about the EMF's being too high and possible off gassing.. I will be getting rid of my sauna. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I also posted this review on Amazon.com Updating my previous post from Feb 1 2018 Today's date is May 12, 2019 I originally purchased this item on May 19, 2017 on Amazon.ca My first original review was done on May 29, 2017 regarding this product So, its been about 2 years now (May 2019). However, I've decided to copy/paste my review from Amazon.ca to .com with an update(last update) I'm very surprised how this still gets 5 stars in 2019.. As of today, there is about 79 reviews regarding this product. When I purchased my sauna, there was only 1 review, dated May 15 2017.... I will keep this simple... The sauna's EMF's are too high and the odor of chemical(plastic smell) is not safe when heated..The gassing, you are breathing in... As of December 2018, I've gone to my new Infared Sauna which is nearly 0 EMF and no chemicals..Also, I've gone to Red Light Therapy(LED)...These saunas are available in Canada and United States. You will pay anywhere from $2000 to $3000USD for a 1 person sauna, maybe 2 .. As for the Red Light, shop around, you can easily get ripped off and pay nearly double the price
