XB-550i HD Bead Breaker MADE-IN-USA for Tractor/OTR/Commercial/Industrial Tires

I ran over a deer shed with the John Deere 4640 and ruined the tube. What’s important to understand is the technique’s required in order to use this product. Research using this on tractor tires via YouTube. Unbelievably easy once you figure out the proper techniques…! I had an 18.4x38 tire off the rim in minutes using this tool. John Deere 4640 loves it. This tools saves a lot of time and money. No more service calls. Get out the 30 inch tire spoons or whatever you have and when used with this tool makes the process enjoyable. Don’t forget the baby powder and a way to clean up the rust scale from off your rims…I used to remove tires with a sledge hammer. Never again.

Works great, just be careful not to mark edge of aluminum wheels, use edge guards to prevent this. Breaks bead with ease on truck tires. Highly recommended.

I run a small engine business and this is the only thing that will break down a side by side tire. They are tough to get off the bead. This will pop them off all day long. Very well made. As long as you keep the threads lubed I can see this thing lasting a lifetime.

great product!!! first let me say that I purchased this outright, no gifts no free trial etc,,, with that said it is a great product!! I just used this to break a bead on a old tractor tire, this works fantastic,,, had to break it in 3 different areas but it was easy to do. it looks like a quality made product and planning on using it on removing some atv tires next... its a little pricey but tire shop wanted $100 to change the tractor tire, now if they made some good tire irons!!! Update on the review, I have been using this now for a few months, let me say it has been fantastic, I just used it to break beads on a 8 inch lawn tractor rims works flawlessly!! one of the best investments I have made. well worth the money

I read a lot of reviews before I purchased the Bead Buster. Two reviews stood out as hitting the nail on the head. 1} Don't expect this to work like you see on the video's. It works great on stuck beads, but not that easy. You may have to develop a technique in it's use. 2} Go ahead and get a couple of grade 8 bolts and replace the one that come with it. The threads started to pull on the sixed run in and out. I straightened them out and proceeded to break the bead. It's just an inconvenience that could be avoided. Other than that, the XB 550 is a very good tool when you need it. About five more uses, and it will be worth it.

Got this so I can change my own sensors on mine and my family’s vehicles as some places charge $200 per sensor. Well it worked like a charm! Well worth the money. And it’s made in the USA. It doesn’t scratch your rim unless you did it wrong like me. They definitely took their time to perfect this. Awesome tool.

This product does not work well on large tractor/implement tires. Even with a pry notch it has trouble gripping the sidewall rim so that you can extend the foot. It took lots of time to get the bead broken to the point where I could begin using the bead buster. It would also be nice if the foot would extend further so that it would unbead more of the tire at once. You also have to be careful that you don’t unscrew the breaking foot/clamp too far or everything falls apart. I have not tried it on smaller tires like semi or irrigation tires but it has not worked well on larger tires.

Worked very well when breaking the bead on my Jeep tires (M + S 245R17 size). Easy tool to use. Go to the BeadBuster website and watch the video for the XB 550. It is so much better than using a jack to break the tire bead.

This item works well. Especially when you have to do a field repair on a tire. A bit pricey but good quality! Its a great item to have in your mobile tool box!!!

Used it for a valve stem replacement saved a lot of money doing it myself with that tool

i use this to dismount my beadlock wheels at home, 37" mud terrain rubber on 17" wheel. works perfect

Stripped thread on the second tire. Definitely not Heavy Duty and WAY to expensive. Maybe it’s good enough for a small tire but sure not for a tractor tire
