The most important feature is that it is customizable for the different height that needed to support the low back curve ( lumbar lordosis). If the lumbar curve is low, the extra pad can be taken out. If the curve is higher, then use the extra pads ( 1 or 2 pads depending on the support needed). I am an osteopath. I tried different lumbar support pillows with my patients throughout the years. I am very happy to find this pillow that I can recommend to any of my patients. And everyone can adjust the pillow to support his/her back comfortably, also adjusted to the firmness or softness of the mattress. I recommend strongly this lumbar support pillow for general low back pain, lumbar spinal stenosis, Spondylolisthesis, Sciatica.

This lumbar support pillow has significantly improved my sleep. I can now comfortably sleep on my side and stomach while feeling properly supported. I usually experience tightness in my lower back, but this pillow helps me stretch and decompress, gently guiding me into a more optimal sleeping position. I love that I can add or remove the insert pillow to customize the level of support and stretch I need throughout the night. Also, just a heads-up—I've used this pillow during hot nights, and despite the memory foam's thickness, I never felt overheated or overstimulated. It’s consistently comfortable and supportive. I tried sleeping on this pillow to help with my lower back pain, but it just didn't work for me. I didn't find it comfortable to sleep on at all. That said, it's made a world of difference for me by providing extra lumbar support in my office chair and has reduced my back pain at work. It fits in my chair well, holds its shape and doesn't make my chair too hot. So while I am not using it as I originally planned, I still think it was a good purchase. It is nice that you can easily change the size of the pillow by adding more padding or taking it out.

It is well described. It seems well made and doesn’t have any odor that I have detected. I had to remove the extra piece of foam and it still feels a bit high when lying in bed. . It does feel supportive under my back but when I turn on my side, it just feels lumpy. It would probably help in a chair if you could secure it.

This pillow has saved my back! I’m not one that usually leave reviews, but this is definitely worth leaving a positive review for. I had been having consistent mid back tightness due to the lack of support when I sleep. This has been an absolute game changer for me. I can sleep comfortably and my back pain has subsided tremendously. Honestly, I’m not sure how I’ll ever sleep without this again.

I have a disk bulge that causes me to wake up in the middle of the night with my lower back aching (I’m a side sleeper). I’ve tried everything including another lumber pillow that is just a plain cylinder, but nothing seemed to help. Then I purchased this pillow and once I figured out the right position to put it on while sleeping (with one of the foam pads removed), I find it really does help me sleep. If I don’t have it aligned exactly or it shifts during the night I do wake up but mostly I find it really helps. A real game changer for me.

Ive been using this pillow for sleep, and even tho slowly, it is actually helping. It has allowed the discs in my lower back to recover while sleeping so the next day the back pain is less and less. I have suffered with lower back pain for almost a full year. Ruling out the usual reasons for it then with lotions, meds, physical therapy none of which helped, just this has!!!

Wake up with normal curve in lower back instead of flattening during sleep. This is comfortable and adjustable to the extent it can be placed upside down thus moving steeper part of curve closer to head or to feet.

My back hurts every time i wake up, no matter is it a soft bed or hard bed i sleep on. I bought a couple ones and decided this one is the best. Material felt great and comfortable, it not too hard that it feels blocking your back or too soft there is no support. Perfect softness and size for my back support during night time.

Excellent produit ! Suite à un lumbago (j'ai forcé ^^), impossible de dormir correctement, toutes les positions m'étaient désagréables voire douloureuses. Grâce à cet oreiller, j'ai pu dormir tant sur le dos que des deux côtés !

Recientemente empecé a usar una almohada lumbar específicamente diseñada para dormir, y mi experiencia inicial ha sido muy buena. Desde la primera noche, noté un cambio en la comodidad al acostarme, especialmente al dormir boca arriba o de lado. La almohada se coloca justo debajo de la zona lumbar, lo que ayuda a mantener una postura más alineada y natural durante el sueño. Lo que más aprecio es cómo se adapta a la curva de la espalda baja sin ser demasiado rígida ni blanda. Esto crea una sensación de apoyo suave pero efectivo que alivia la tensión en la zona lumbar. También me gusta que esté hecha con espuma de memoria (si aplica), porque se moldea según la forma del cuerpo, pero vuelve a su forma original rápidamente.
