Espensive and practically has no effect after initial couple of days and it did not need cleaning. just lost its fresh air scent.Needs to be returned as faulty

This product was bought to alleviate symptoms for an asthma-sufferer. The product produces an unpleasant electrical-burning smell, rather than a fresh negative-ion atmosphere. We had to take the product outdoors and run for a number of days to try to reduce this burning smell. I think that this product is designed like Dyson products: designed to look good (and get patents for the manufacturer?), rather than designed for purpose. The three-position knob is awkward and feels cheaply made (I predict early failure): it should better have been a stout three-way rocker switch.

I like the fact that it clears the dust out of my bedroom and it's not too noisy.

Not just pollen but also dust and humidity around me so I decided to buy this to clear the air in my house!Its small and portable and good to move from room to room, very lightweight.I feel this really does help me with my allergies as I feel less effected after using this unit which I personally feel this to me is definitely workingNot only this unit works but its quiet which I leave it on all day without it distracting me during the day or during my sleep.
