Strepsils Strawberry Sugar Free 36 Lozenges

Being diabetic when most of the over the counter medications are full of sugar can be a big problem. These take away the dilemma of deciding whether to risk having too much sugar or suffering a sore throat and cough.These Strepsils work as well as their sugary counterparts at soothing coughs and sore throats.They still taste fairly sweet with a synthetic strawberry taste. This seems to be the only flavour of Sugar Free Strepsils in the UK but is they do manufacture other flavours, as my boyfriend had citrus flavoured ones when I've travelled in Asia. It would be great if there we could have a wider variety here.As with anything else, if you do have a cough or sore throat that lasts more than a few days, you should contact your GP, in case it something more serious.

To be 100% fair I had a throat infection from Hell an I doubt that nothing short of morphine would've totally removed the pain! However, these were good. Things went from absolute agony to OK quickly! Oh, and they taste brilliant!

Better price on Amazon than in some supermarkets and pharmacies so very pleased relating to value for money.

I have been struggling to find these sugar-free ones in stores for a very long time. I finally came across them on Amazon and it has been very helpful in giving to my friends and family who have a sore throat but cannot be consuming that much sugar.

Not always sold by chemists and supermarkets in this sugar-free form. The strawberry flavour is quite light, but the antiseptic in them is just the same as in other 'Strepsils'. If, like me, you just don't want too much sugar - even in medicated lozenges - these should be ideal.Eamonn
