Perfect in every way including customer service
After a mis-start by ordering the wrong type of net (which Amazon immediately and painlessly accepted a return on) this net came in and was exactly what was needed. Unfortunately the hooks were missing from the package. I contacted the manufacturer first thing the next morning (Thursday) and they could not have been more pleasant or responsive. I explained the net was needed for a haul on Saturday and they shipped the hooks Fedex overnight and I had them Friday morning. So customer service gets 5 stars for both Amazon and Heininger. Now about the net... we Love it!!! Made from heavy bungee material and constructed in such a way that it really does not tangle as long as you remove the clips to store it. The clips are just flexible enough to maneuver through the cut outs of a bed liner to the tie downs. Finally, the bungee cord they run around the outside perimeter of the net allows for a large capacity load but can easily be cinched down to secure smaller/lighter loads. Only used it once so far but had 3 different people stop and look at it in a Home Depot parking lot and ask where to get one. I would not recommend it be left unattended or it just may grow legs and walk away on you. It is well worth the few extra bucks because you will never need another net again. Oh, and the best testimony I can give is that for gift giving, everyone that owns a truck will be getting one of these from me.

Cheap, cheap, cheap
I purchased this item way to early for my boyfriends birthday so that by the time I gave it to him and we used it, it was to late to return it. We've used it 3 times and the third time we're lucky our cargo had a tarp under the cargo net or we'd have lost a lot of stuff. The bungie was not tight or stretched, it was just snug, and it broke while we were driving. Not the plastic hooks, but the actual bungie. Like the little cheapo ones you get that come undone where they double over to connect to the hooks, Heininger 4252 HitchMate 48" X 20" Cargo Stretch Web and Bag with 12 Hookit came undone where the two black bungie ends come together to complete the outer cord. Not to mention the bag it came in ripped the first time we used it. Very dissapointed.

Highly recommended cargo web!
This strong cargo web is awesome! We never used one before we got this and now we don't know what took us so long to buy one! We were missing out on how easy and useful it is.One area we've been using it on is for our home remodeling...we've been buying new and used furniture. When my husband is away, I am able to pick up furniture myself now and not worry about tying it down...I just use this tough cargo stretch web and done! After I secure the furniture in the back of our truck, the sellers that I buy it from always comment to me how smart it is to use this web! I couldn't agree more! The large storage bag that comes with it works well too. We just put our durable Hitchmate Cargo Stretch Web, hooks, and extra bungie cords in it and we're ready for the next load. The bag is always stored in the back of our Ford Ranger so we have it with us everywhere, everytime.

Well made, fits mid-size pickup
I have a 2011 Nissan Frontier. This web fits the bed just right. You have to add the web hock after yourself. To do that, I layed it out on the drive to find the four corners and installed the corner nooks. I also marked the front and back hooks with brightly colored duct tape so it would be easy to position the web in the future. Its build is much better than the 10 yr old one I had purchased at Cosco for my full size truck. This one fits the bed better. It also uses loops at the ends of the cross strands to connect them to the perimeter cord that make it much easier to handle than my last version which had all junctions sworn tightly.

cargo net
not the easiest thing to use, but no cargo net is. not the thickest bunny, but the it isn't too thin either. it works and the price is right.
