Great sound quality! I actually had to turn the volume down because the people on the other end sounded so loud compared to the old headset I used to have. I also don’t have the issue of “sounding far away” like I did with my old one. I used to have a lot of customers complain about that with the old one when I would practically have the microphone right next to my mouth. Any closer, and I would eat it lol. This one has definitely been an upgrade in quality and pretty comfy to wear all day. 10/10 recommend!

Quality of the ear cushions aren't the greatest. I can see the material will start to flake if worn constantly. It works fine, volume is great. Connector is easy. But not a durable type of item.

These work great
I tried a couple of others and they all had the same problem. The microphone didn't work. When your lively hood depends on your customers being able to hear you this is a real problem. I tried these and they were easy to set up. Just plug them into the phone and you're off to the races. My customers now tell me that I come in loud and clear.
