Product quality is good but poor customer support
Product Quality is great. No doubt about that ! Although this company has a 180 year legacy, they do not seem to have a robust support infrastructure. The customer care was slow to react and not pro-active at all. After prolonged follow-ups, a technician was assigned. It's a paid activity and he did a fantastic job of the installation. This guy was very down to earth and knowledgeable. Overall, buy this product only if you do not have any urgent dependency on the company technician.

average product
I would say it is an average, it's a strong build but comes with rusted plates. Old manufacturing i.e. years 2019. as i am not using it as the main lock but an additional one so fine. Its not an automatic lock but a dead one i.e. you have to manually lock it and is what i was looking as auto-lock are dangerous and these are better so it do not get locked
