How is the rack for deadlifts and standing shoulder press?

For deadlifts I rack the bar on the short pegs inside the frame, load it up, and pull. For OH press I set the short pegs on the outside of the frame and stand outside to press. The frame is too short for me to get full extension inside (I'm 5'10"). Overall I'm really happy with the rack. It's a great deal as long as your not pushing/pulling 500+ lbs.

Will a 7' olympic barbell work with this rack?

Yes, the Best Fitness Power Rack is designed for use with a 7-foot barbell (Olympic or standard).

What is the height of the tallest pair of holes? That is, how high can you set the bar on this rack?

Top of top hole is 74.25 inch above floor.

Is the pull up bar height adjustable?

Pull up bar is not. It is the top of the frame.
