a good quality product without unnecessary fillers, I always look for this in a supplement. 3 types of magnesium, which I think is generally better than one type. nature is very wise, if we were meant to only need 1 type of magnesium she would have only given us one. very pleased it is letter box friendly so I dont have to stay in for the delivery. 2 capsules a day gives a good amount of magnesium, another thing to look for in a supplement
