Question 1

A customer mentioned that this product “blew up “ their laptop screen. Is there a possibility for this to happen?

Accepted Answer

Thanks for your interesting and glad to receive your question. First, It is impossible to happen as he/she mentioned. As you know, OFIYAA P2 portable monitors are as the auxiliary tool to help the laptop to extend more monitors and improve work efficiency. It is without any battery or something else for itself and it works based on the laptop system. The design principle of electronic products is based on science, not talking. In the meanwhile, we try to contact with the customer who mentioned it by Amazon but failed. It seems somebody does't want us to clear the reality intentionally. We believe that wise people will make the right choice, and we will continue to provide high-quality products and services. Thank you very much!!!

Question 2

does it support macbook m1?

Accepted Answer

Thanks for your interesting. OFIYAA P2 triple portable monitors can not support Macbook M1 at this moment since the laptop just can support 1 video signal output, and only extend 1 monitor. But P2 has 2 portable monitors. Please check again and consider another model P1 with single portable monitor for laptop.

The portable monitors are with FHD 1080P, and the color maybe a little different with your Macbook air 2019( more than 1080P or with 4k).
