Gave this to my mom today for arthritis in her neck and shoulders. At first she tried to tell me she didn’t need it because she had one. But when I laid it across her shoulders, she quickly changed her mind. It sits so comfortably and didn’t slide off. It goes up the back of her neck, which hers does not. The heat is very nice and lasted her drive home. It has a nice weight. I was worried about the scent, but it is very mild and pleasant. I have ordered another one for myself.

It takes too long to warm and it stays less than 10 minutes
