Delicious, blends well into oatmeal
I love this pack of flax seeds and will be a returning customer! The package size is just right, not overly bulky like some of the other buying options. Perfect when you don't have a big pantry. The seeds are well grounded, they blend really well with oatmeal for a delicious and healthy breakfast!

Yummy and healthy
Product is fresh smells good tastes great. For a 32 oz the price its a deal! It's already ground so saves time and I use it in health drinks, cereals, baking has a rich nutty like flavor. Definitely would recommend and I will continue purchasing.

This product is really good. They say it’s the new Botox I put it on oatmeal. I put it on salads if I am having a gravy I put it in the gravy you don’t really taste it but it’s supposed to be so good for the skin gives collagen.

Vet said try this for female dog pee issues
For six years I've been going out of my mind with my female dog peeing inside. Vet says try this everyday for 30 days. 1/2 tsp per 10lb twice a day. She is spayed. There must be a hormone imbalace from that. After 30 days no accidents! I give once a week now. It's now 4 months. Still no accidents! It tastes nice and I use it too now!

It blends well
I bought this ground flaxseed meal based on the decent reviews and i like it alot. It blends well with any meal. I use it in my oatmeal, cherrios and smoothies for my daily dose of fiber. On the plus side it helps with bowel movement alot. I will purchase again

For my fur baby
I bought this for my fur baby as he would seem to be straining at times to go due to him not drinking enough water. Since putting in in his meals his poop is a lot softer n it's a lot easier for him to go. I also put in in my pancakes n dumplings 😋. Yum yum.

Nice texture and lasts long
I was grinding my own flax seed for smoothies, but it seemed to be going rancid quicker than it should've. I haven't had that problem with this product. And it saves me the time and trouble of grinding it - and cleaning out the grinder blades, which is a pain.
