Easy to mix and feed the orchids. Has a faint smell but it disappeared once mixed with water. The bag will make lots of doses and should last a while. I can't comment yet on blooming rate or health of plants so I'll update review later.

I thought my orchid was never going to grow another stalk. This was my first orchid and I made the mistake of watering it with ice cubes at first. I definitely had some root damage from that. But I used this orchid food whenever it was time to water and another stalk grew! I'm now using the Better Gro Better Bloom because the new stalk has blooms now, too. Any day now the first will open. I only use 1/2 -1/3 cup of water to feed mine, so just a pinch of the food is all I need. And, for anyone that may not know the skewer test: You insert a skewer and if it comes out clean of potting medium, your orchid is ready for water - the perfectly easy way to prevent over watering!

I use this product not only for my Phalaenopsis orchids, but also for my roses and hydrangeas. They're all growing beautifully. Also, the delivery person was very attentive. He placed the package on a porch seat and used cushions to shield it from the summer sun, preventing it from being stolen by wandering shoppers. I hope this review reaches the Amazon service team.

May take awhile to evaluate....now the end of August.. very happy with results... recommend this product..... I am new to orchids and still learning but thanks to u-tube many teachers are available
