Do these hiware spoons stain easily? we eat a lot of curries and stews, and i'm worried the spoons will turn yellow over time. thanks for your help!

We have used them for curry and green chili soups and have not seen any staining.

It says low temp dishwasher safe. Do you pull them out before heated dry, then? I'm wondering if I could wash them on a regular cycle.

I just wash them on the regular cycle in my dishwasher, drying cycle included. They come out fine.

Do these sit flat? Will they stand up on their own to hold bite-size appitizers?

I haven't used mine for this purpose, but I think that they would stand up easily with food. They stand up on their own without food. The bottom of the spoon is flat. With food in the spoon, I think they would be even more stable. The handle is angled slightly upward, but maybe slightly less than some other appetizer spoons I've seen. just fyi- The spoon shape is large, and a bit awkward to eat soup with. It would hold a good portion for an appetizer. They are a nice and sturdy set for the price.
