A little more runny than I thought it would be but very yummy.
It's a good sauce, maybe a bit thin but good flavor. Great for at home Poke bowls but still a bit pricey.

This is my absolute favorite for chicken or seafood. Very hard to find where I live so glad to have found it on Amazon!!

Bachans Japanese YUZU bbq sauce
I recently saw a cooking segiment on Good Morning America featuring this brand and immediately went to purchase all three - Original, Yuzu and hot and spicy. If you have not tried this brand and like the japanese bbq style sauce (better than teriyaki) you must order one each of these for yourself - just once and taste. You can use as marinade, dip or drizzle. And that is the solid truth! I tried it expecting good, but was blown away by exceptional. No, I am NOT on their payroll - but would be proud to be! I am hooked. Will be purchasing this brand only when I need an asian style sauce. Period. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. I never accept any discounts that are not available to ALL shoppers. My reviews reflect my own personal experience with each product I review - fully and honestly without exception.

Yes for Yuzu
I think this might be my favorite Bachan's flavor. The yuzu adds a nice citrus taste & flavor that add a nice touch to seafood oriented dishes.

Delicious sauce
I bought the Yuzu because I had the OG from Costco. I will say I think the Yuzu is a little too sweet and not enough citrus compared to other brands but it is good. The OG sauce tho is absolutely fantastic. Insanely deep flavor

Love both the yuzu and hot and spicy flavor. These have easily become my favorite sauces, and I put them on everything. I am a sauce nut, so I put them on everything from chicken or steak, to pizza and potatoes. The yuzu gives homemade fried rice that little extra something that I didn’t realize I was missing. The hot and spicy gives a little kick, but not ridiculously spicy, just the right amount. I would describe both sauces as more teriyaki-like than anything, but they’re not basic teriyaki sauces, they’re so much better. Buy them! I will be buying more when we run out—they’re that good!

Same product as the basic with just a hint of citric. Nice I enjoy it, but it’s not worth extra money over the standard type. I use the standard now with a hint of lime juice, and get the same results. But truly, why wouldn’t I?.
