The ratings associated with this space heater are for a halloween figurine not a space heater . Very misleading.

The website description says this item can be used in the bathroom, but package labeling doesn't specify that. The unit plugs directly into the wall, but has only a 2-prong outlet, which I don't think is safe! It isn't well balanced. It's bottom-heavy and the plug is at the top on the bag. When you plug it in, the bottom doesn't touch the wall, but its own weight pushes the bottom toward the wall, causing the unit to become partially unplugged. The instructions also say to unplug when not it use, which means having to find somewhere to store it when not in use.Bottom line: don't buy this! It isn't as represented on the website, and it isn't safe!

I am not happy with this product. It arrived in a box totally crushed... when I plug the product in, it slides out of the wall socket. Either the prongs don't fit properly or the product is too heavy to stay plugged in correctly. I waited a long while for this item and that adds to the disappointment I have in this item. I have no confidence leaving this heater plugged into the wall and really don't want to keep it.

The plug has a european housing but with USA prongs. The problem is that in Europe the plastic housing goes into the recessed European outlet and that provides a mechanical stability and brings the heater closer to the wall. In USA, the heater sits too far away from the wall and it causes the unit to want to rotate and worst case it can fall out if the outlet is not so tight. They should have made a different mold for USA so the unit can sit more flush to the wall. Bad design.

1. Packaging looked like it was used as a soccer ball.2. Nothing on it works. NOTHING!!! Totally dead.3. Even if it worked, it doesn’t stay plugged in.4. Won’t allow returns or refunds, even though it says it will. I’m totally out the money.

Dislike the fact the unit does not set level when plugged in. Tilts forward significantly. Have to add a piece of wood to level unit. Shipped in soft bag. Original box unit was in was crushed due to lack of packaging support, luckily it still worked

I finally received what was supposed to be a christmas gift to my sister. The box was smashed. The heater was not in the plastic it came with, but on the bottom of the box. The remote it came with was also not in its plastic cover, but on the bottom of the box. I will be returning this mess probably next week. I would not give this mess as a gift to anyone.

The media could not be loaded.  Ok so I knew when I ordered these that they probably weren’t the highest quality, with that said I wasn’t expecting them to look the way they did. I was pretty disappointed when they arrived as they looked like they had a wierd finish haphazardly sprayed on them and then were stacked against each other while still wet. You literally could scrape the finish off with your fingernail. It was like a clear nail polish topcoat that should of never been applied. I was just about to start the returns process.It was quite the mess to say the least. They were stuck together and severely scratched. I racked my brain trying to think of a way to salvage them. Then it hit me, nail polish remover!! I got out a bottle of acetone nail polish remover and went for it. It instantly worked! Ive included a video and before and after pics. They look much better now. The clear finish is now gone. Hope this helps anyone in the same boat I was in.

The product arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. It also arrived 2 days earlier than expected.

Love her! She's even nicer in person ;). The kids love collecting these trick or treaters
