EJS Wall Mount Portable Rotating Garden Water Hose Reel Cart with Bracket Holder

I bought this for $23 with a lot of apprehension given the poor reviews, but I figured for the price I could give it a shot. It's about what I was expecting. I was not expecting to receive a piece of quality garden equipment that would last long outdoors for the price, considering most hose reels seem to be running two to three times what I paid for this. Be realistic in your expectations, that's what I'm trying to say. At the time of writing this review the price has jumped to $37 and I can't say that I'd pay that much for it, but oh well.That said, I'm giving it 5 stars because it fulfilled my expectations and serves the function I needed it for, which was to wind up my 50ft Python aquarium hose. It's a 5/8" clear plastic hose and this wound it up neatly with some room to spare. I didn't have any problem following the picture-only instruction booklet. It's definitely on the flimsier side and so light you can't unwind the hose by pulling on it because it just drags the entire reel along, so I'm not surprised to hear that it didn't hold up well for people who are using it outdoors or with heavier hoses, but like I said, it serves my purpose.

It works. Was easy to assemble in a few minutes. It came with all parts. Just needs a short hose from the inlet to the faucet. We used an old washer machine hose. Then an adapter for 80 cent from the local store to attach the hose to the reel. It holds the whole 50 ft rubber hose. So far I cannot say anything about endurance. It is watertight and not leaking. My wife loves it. So much easier to roll it up instead of dealing with the hose alone.The only downside is the installation booklet, but that was to be expected. Because it was made in China, lol. Before I would figure out how to assemble it with the booklet it was already assembled. I watched the assembling video from the website though and that was helpful.

Product works as defined. The installation instructions (pictures only) were vague and confusing and basically inadequate. However the supplier emailed a link to a YouTube video. i was unable to find that video.

One of the worst product I have ever purchased. Very difficult to assemble. Not the regular hose hookup had a different assembly for that. Very cheap plastic probably will not last in the Florida sun more than 6 months.

Came in abit damaged, but doesn't seemed to affect the outcome. Its plastic and bit and pieces may break in shipping. Little tight for a 50ft hose, works best for 25fters.

Okay but some parts that you must have a connection between the hose and this wheel IS NOT INCLUDED. You have to go and try to find that NECESSARY piece

Too small and too expensive.

No written install instructions, just a bunch of photos. The black washer cap attached to the winding crank does not stay on, I superglued it on, though I don't think it will last for long, so the crank keeps popping off. May end up using self drilling screws to drill into the plastic to keep it on.
