It made such a difference to me last winter. I was really skeptical about light therapy, but it made me feel so much better, more awake. I later realised the winter had made me feel sleepy all day. Having this one around me in the morning helped me greatly. My eyes did feel a bit funny after so much light exposure, but heigh-ho, it helped me stay afloat. I think I somehow got used to it after some weeks but the first day was amazing.

lovely bright SAD lamp light. However after a few weeks it wasn't switching on, the fault seems to be intermittent but it still works. I have had other Beurer products before so a little disappointed with the fault issue.

I've had mine on my desk at work for the last 2 weeks and I can honestly feel a difference in overall energy levels and personal wellbeing. Absolute game changer!

Brightens up any dark area giving a perception of daylight...

I chose this as its design appealed more than a simple rectangle. Also, the diffuser looked (in the pictures) like it would do a good job of producing a nice smooth light. And it certainly does. I'd no interest in looking at an LED array.Form some contracting many years ago, there's a light meter kicking about. So pointed it at the light and found the Lux values to be accurate. This should obviously be the case. Nevertheless, writing the review because of it.

Le produit que j’ai reçu est équipé d’une prise de type britannique, ce qui n’était pas indiqué dans la description. Cela crée un problème d’utilisation immédiate, car l’adaptateur nécessaire n’est pas fourni. Il serait important de préciser clairement ce détail dans la fiche du produit afin que les acheteurs sachent exactement à quoi s’attendre avant de commander. Du coup je vais devoir acheter un adapteur qui n’était pas prévu au budget de l’achat de cette lampe !

Lampe me paraît très bien mais bien dommage que la prise soit une prise anglaise et pas française dommage que ça ne soit pas écrit dans le descriptif de l'appareil. Heureusement que chez moi j'ai d'autres appareils qui ont le même embout mais vraiment c'est pas bien que ça soit pas notifié ou au moins vendu avec la presse française quand on l'achète en France. Rien à dire pour la lampe ça m'a l'air très bien.

ATTENTION: prise d’alimentation anglaise !!!!! Non spécifié sur la description et comme l’adaptateur sur Amazon coûte 112€, je dirais ATTENTION ARNAQUE!!!!

L'appareil est inutilisable car livré avec prise adapté au Royaume-Uni. Donc inutilisable en France et dans l'EU.
