Good product but may need professional tools.
Work very well to make back seat more confortable. As mentioned by other reviews, getting the factory bolts off is extremely difficult. I could not do it. My mechanic was nice enough to remove the last 3 bolts I could not remove. He used an impact wrench. It is not just that they are so tight and have the locking paste, but that it is difficult to get access and leverage. Getting the new hardware installed was more manageable but still challenging.

Worth the time and money!
My teenagers noticed immediately, that I had "done something to the back seat"! It took about an hour to do the install, and it made a huge difference on the comfort of the back seat. It tilts the entire seat back so that you're not setting straight up. There are several install videos on YouTube, the only thing I did differently was put a few drops of lubricant on the 3 bolts that you reuse. I am a real person with a 2012 JKU, paid a little less than $30, and only wrote this review because it's $30 well spent. I hope this helps some fellow Jeepers!

The seat sits at an angle but enough to give the back seat a better position as oppose to the uncomfortable straight up position
Ordered two of these, one for me and a buddy.Simple product, minimal instructions but nothing a quick YouTube video can't fix.Installation does take a lot of strength if using wrenches. I would highly suggest an impact drill to make this quick and painless.Once installed, The seat sits at an angle but enough to give the back seat a better position as oppose to the uncomfortable straight up position from Factory.Stop considering it and just buy it already, your guest passenger will thank you.

Including sub-standard bolts is a safety issue. The kit does come complete with the aluminum spacers, bolts, and washers. I will not use the bolts supplied as they are marked HY 4.8 while the bolts from the factory which Jeep used on my seats are 10.9. See the attached chart to draw your own conclusions. These bolts the seller states are "grade 8" yet are marked 4.8. The 10.9 bolts which Jeep uses are SAE grade 8 equivalent. The included bolts in the kit are HY's mild steel bolts not high tensile bolts. Include the correct bolt specifications in your product descriptions. Blocks made of good metal, but the bolts say 8
Blocks made of good metal, but the bolts say 8.6 and not 10.6 like stock bolts. Torqued to spec, hope they hold. Add a little tread lock when placing new bolts for safety as well.

Worth the $$$
Even though the package came with no instructions, after looking up a video on youtube it went in without a problem and had everything installed within 25 minutes. The little extra angle is gives is well worth the cost!! I recommend it to anyone who would like to give their passengers a little more comfort!

After a 3 hour trip riding in the back of my car. I bought this kit and installed it. Such a difference I rode in the back after the install and is much more comfortable. I do recommend using a breaker bar or a long wrench when removing the bolts that was the hardest part of the install.
