It works
Used it on my interior stairs in my 5th wheel trailer. The stairs are different shapes, but this product was marked and then cut to shape . Adherence was exceptional, but not quite as clear as I expected, but overall very happy with product. Going to try it on my patio stairs at home.

The tape didn't stick once or got wet. NOT WATERPROOF!

NOT FOR OUTDOOR STEPS / SLIPPERY WHEN WET
I installed the product on my concrete steps to avoid slippering when it rains. But I found out the bad way that it is even more slippery when wet and even when it's not wet it doesn't feel like it would stop you from slippering in any situation. FYI I stepped on it with different types of shoes and still it wouldn't do its job properly.
