It is pretty comfortable.
The clear one is hard to find if you misplace the case. It did improve my breathing. I reordered one that has a blue tint to it!

Excellent product that seems to do exactly what it says on the tin

Only wore it once.
Tried to wear it again and it was like it wouldn’t go in right anymore and it hurt. Don’t know why. Can’t explain why the fit seemed to change. Would not recommend without saying you take your chances. It was expensive. Wouldn’t return because it goes in the nose. Best of luck.

The sleep aide can help those while they are trying to lise some weight to reduce snoring.
I like that the device is made of soft rubber and really doesn't bother me while I am sleeping. What I don't like is that it isn't 100 percent effective in stopping my snoring. Overall, it is an alternative to surgery.
