True thickness, cupped 0.020 in ~6.0"
Pros: Exactly 0.375 inch (3/8") thickness, only a few light scuff marks, and is definitely hard and machinable.Cons: 0.020 inch cup across ~ 6.00 inch width and, because it is a hard, durable product, will take considerable pressure or extra fasteners to have it lay flat.Satisfaction Level: 5 out of 5 - Because I cut the sheet goods into (2) 2-3/4" wide x 22-1/2" strips, the cupping issue wasn't a concern and I would buy again being aware I may have to address cupping issue using traditional techniques.

Exactly what I needed!
It was a bit of a challenge to remove it from the packaging but I'm glad it was undamaged!I bought this to make myself a Teflon throat plate for sewing vinyls and other "fabrics" that tend to stick to my machine. Normally, I wrap the entire throat of my machine in tissue paper or cover it all in painter's tape but some plastics will even stick to the tape. My brother got himself one of those laser cutting machines and so I grabbed this sheet of "Teflon" to have him make me the non-stick throat plate that I want since no one else is selling them for my machine. We haven't gotten time to try it out yet but I'm hopeful and excited to try it out!.

Labels take too long to remove
The vendor has a good selection of sizes, and the material iwas as advertised. However, they put a big super-sticky label on each sheet that is really hard to get off. I tried alcohol with poor results, and WD-40 didn't do much better. Am afraid to use stronger solvents because they may melt the product. The vendor needs to provide instructions for removal.
