no hose for fuel strainer,no retaining clips for fuel pump,rather noisy at first gets quitter after running for 10 minutes or so.time will tell about reliability. overall if you need a victory fuel this is your best most economical option.

Great repair kit!!! This is the way to go to save quite a few bucks, instead of buying the entire sending unit from Victory ($300.00+). (My cross country tour had the same symptoms as the recall (lack of power and die), but wasn't covered. It would have cost me more to tow it to the dealer, than to purchase this pump.) I had a few questions once I received the kit and the customer service was great. Any questions I had were answered with detail. I Wish it included the small retainer for the pump, it's very difficult to reuse, but manageable. It will also take a bit of mechanical know how to install, but its relatively simple. There most difficult part about replacing the pump, is getting the old one out of the tank, but there are a few you tube videos to help with that. Anything after that is just taking care and taking your time with the 2 metal retainers for reuse. I've had this pump installed for a month, put around 500 miles on it, and it runs great. I would recommend this pump to anyone needing a replacement for their Victory motorcycle.
