I've had this product many, many times over years and never had any issues. This time though, i thought the products were faulty. I kept twisting and twisting and nothing was coming out. Hubby took the brush tip off and inserted a pen nib inside which freed up the spring inside,whilst the brush was off he also twisted the bottom to get rid of the air bubble. He then put it all back together and they both work now 😊 I hope this helps because the product itself is really good and has never let me down but I've seen lots of reviews saying about it being faulty.

Thought the one pen was faulty as twisted the one end so many times but no oil came out. Tried the other pen and didn’t seem to have to twist it too much and the oil came out. So I tried again with the first one and after a little while longer the oil came so both do work. Both smell nice (I got the orange and pineapple), oil is oily (no surprise there then) but does seem to soak in fairly quickly. Only used once but seems to do the trick so far

Both products twist but the product doesn’t actually come out. I don’t recommend these products. Waste of money

The oil did eventually come out but it took around 10 minutes I even watched the tutorial video which said it was supposed to take 30 seconds. Overall it is a good smelling oil and works well my nails look really clean I hope it stays that way.

Convenient and useful

Bought this for my daughter. Handy to carry in your bag. Nice oils

These are decent but the first one I used the mechanism broke immediately but I continued to use the second one, when I lost the second pen I bought another set and the first one broke again in the same way!

I love how the oil dispenses through this pen for easy application on the go. I have one in my carry on, one in my desk at work! I even put in my kids goody bags to her other girls and was well received. Didn’t find scents over powering. Will buy again!

Great value for money

Nothing to dislike. Hardly notice smell. Easy to use and the oil is nice and moisterizing. Use it every day.

It’s a ok product however the oil dispenser is very little doesn’t provide much moisture as I’ve expected but not gad for the price
