My son is in Army BCT. Tradition is, to light a candle and keep it lit while your soldier is away. He started The Forge FTX on Tuesday and will end on Saturday. The candle has been been on since Tuesday morning and it's still burning brightly on Friday night. It looks great, very realistic. Very happy with my purchase and recommend this candle.

This is my favorite battery candle ever! It looks so realistic that my guests have reminded me to blow it out before we leave the house! It uses AA batteries and that is a plus. I use these for ambiance and therefore leave them running 24/7. I love the look and the fact there is no fire danger as with a real candle. There are cheaper candles like this but don't fall for the cheaper price. This is the one you want.

I have bought this same white candle numerous times. It is perfect and I keep adding it throughout my house. The flickering wick looks exactly like a candle burning. It is ingenius.

Absolutely beautiful and incredibly realistic! These are by far the most realistic flameless candles I’ve ever seen. The moving flame effect is so convincing, and the Saga Rose color is even prettier in person. I originally bought two for my dresser and loved them so much that I ended up buying another one in Airy Blue for elsewhere in my room. They create such a calming, warm ambience at night, and the 5-hour timer is incredibly convenient. I couldn’t be happier with them!

Update: After seeing my review, Luminaria support reached out to me and promptly sent a replacement candle. I am bumping my rating back up again. The timer feature on these works great and they cast a realistic flickering light. I also like the glow the candle produces. Plus you have the added bonus of not having to worry about an open flame. I would have initially given these 4 stars because I like them quite a bit. However, after a few months the light has stopped working in one of them. The candle wick still bobs around but there is no light. I contacted Luminara’s customer service hoping they would make it right but have received no response. For the price of these candles I would expect them to last much longer than a few months.

The candles are realistic and fun to watch, and the warm light is spot on. The packaging was of a well-made product. I saved one to give as a gift.

I bought this for my mother in long term care where they’re not allowed an open flame. I was surprised that if you’re not close it almost looks real. I would be inclined to buy one of these for myself as well.
