I was on the fence about this as an exercise device since it seemed more like it was just for analyzing your grip strength, but it works great! You can set your target grip strength by lbs or kg and then once your squeeze hits that amount it will beep and add to the counter. Hopefully as I train with it I’ll see my grip strength go up. Slick looking device and functions great. It can be a little obtuse to figure out the buttons but a quick read of the manual and you’ll be good. There are only a few different modes so it’s easy to grasp once you understand it.My forearms are dead as I type this.

I rock climb and was planning on getting a non-electric grip trainer for the home office. This product is great for that, plus allows me to track my grip between both hands.Very nice to have - I primarily use it with it turned off, and will turn it on a few times a day to track my grip strength. Have yet to recharge it and have had it for over a month.

The first and foremost impression was the plastic construction. This caused me to wonder about the quality of the unit. Attempted to use, and got basic results. Then opened the instruction booklet, and immediately could see some difficult steps to perform a full customization of the unit. The USB cable is an adequate length. One trend I see with USB charging recently, is that you can't turn on the unit while charging. I don't like that. I have seen this on other items, and would rather be able to use an item while recharging. I am indifferent to the value based on price paid, and would be hesitant to recommend.

This is a good hand gripper and tester. But I was unable to adjust the age, even after watching the videos one user posted. Unfortunately, the included instructions were not sufficiently explanatory.

The product is easy to use. You can switch between kg or lbs, whatever your preference is. The grip itself can be adjusted for different hand sizes or comfort. Overall, a good product to check your grip strength and try to improve it!

I'm fairly strong in most areas except my grip for some reason has always been a struggle. So I am working with this somewhat regularly and I can see a difference and I feel a difference so I'm happy with this. I also was shocked to see that my daughter's grip was tremendously more powerful than mine. That led me to believe that this was exactly what I needed to get.If you are working on your grip or know somebody who is working on strengthening their grip get this nice little tool. The cool thing is you can keep it in your car and just use it as you're driving down the road you can sit it at your desk and still work on your hand exercises. It's very easy to use it's very lightweight and it's super portable.

What like the most is that does increase grip make you work but harder with the right setting you'll definitely get a good work out. I used this for my arms to increase muscle tone to build muscle mass memory an get better circulation overall I think it was worth it for the price
